Radiation Oncology
Penn Radiation Oncology at Doylestown Hospital, located on the north Pavilion's first floor, is equipped with the same state-of-the-art linear accelerator as located on the Penn campus. A Penn radiation oncologist utilizes advanced treatment techniques including image-guided radiation therapy (IGRT) and intensity-modulated radiation therapy (IMRT) to treat a variety of tumor and cancer diagnoses. Patients receiving care at the site may also be evaluated for proton therapy, the most advanced form of radiation therapy, offered at Penn Medicine's Roberts Proton Therapy Center in Philadelphia.
