Director's Message
As an organization recognized regionally and nationally for quality and safety, Doylestown Health’s unique culture and collaboration serves as the driving force behind our patient-first philosophy. Medical residents are valued members of our healthcare team who help Doylestown Hospital remain at the forefront of innovation and excellence. – Sean Reinhardt, MD, Vice President & Chief Medical Officer
There is something wonderfully unique about Doylestown Hospital. The key players in our system: the primary care providers, the specialists, the nurses and the rest of the team at the hospital have a tremendous working relationship that is rare in the world of healthcare systems. It’s one of the reasons that Scott Levy, MD, Former Chief Medical Officer, was compelled to develop the Doylestown Health Family Medicine Residency Program.
Dr. Levy believed that, “Doylestown Hospital’s greatest strength and most valuable asset is the quality of the work we do, the result of this organization’s unique culture, indisputably driven by each of you who have chosen to be part of this journey.” This translates into the highest level of care, delivered by a team that truly respects the patient and one another.
Building on this team approach, Doylestown Hospital has been recognized by organizations such as Leap Frog and U.S. News and World Report as one of the region’s top hospitals. Our service lines are recognized with numerous excellence awards. Our network of private and employed primary care providers consistently delivers high quality-low cost care. As we celebrated our centennial in 2023, and Doylestown’s growing recognition throughout the region as an organization of excellence, we endeavored the next chapter, the education of the next generation of Family Physicians.
